NEW YORK - September 25, 2008 - The NBC Digital Health Network, which provides consumers with relevant health and wellness information on multiple distribution platforms, today announced that it has extended the reach for its premium health video content with the addition of six new, multi-platform distributions partners and the launch of its own direct-to-consumer video portal, HealthVideo.com (www.healthvideo.com).

• The American Cancer Society, a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization, will collaborate with the Network to marry one of the most trusted sources for health awareness with quality health video content online.
• EBSCO Publishing (EBSCO) is the premier database aggregator serving libraries around the world. EBSCO offers more than 200 research databases powered by EBSCOhost®, the most-used, subscription electronic library resource. Health content from the NBC Digital Health Network has been incorporated into the EBSCOhost database Consumer Health Complete™, a comprehensive resource for consumer-oriented health content. Consumer Health Complete™ is designed to help library patrons foster an overall understanding of health-related topics.
• redOrbit, one of the premier online destinations for space, science, health, and technology enthusiasts around the globe, will debut the Network's content to its site, which averages over 5 million unique visitors per month.
• StayHealthy, a leader in developing and marketing products and services that empower consumers to screen, monitor and improve their health, will align its technologies to include health video from the Network to its health kiosks on college campuses and in gyms.
• Wellsphere is a top ten consumer health website that connects users with comprehensive expert knowledge and community support for their specific health needs. Wellsphere's "WellPages," which will feature health video from the Network, are personalized web-pages that connect people with the best knowledge on any health topic from the most trusted institutions, top medical experts and patient opinion leaders.
• Windstone Communications provides an out-of-home network programming solution through MD Outernet (www.mdouternet.com), a digital signage network placed in medical waiting rooms to provide health and wellness information and lifestyle programming to patients before they begin their appointments. A fully digital network, MD Outernet is frequently updated with new patient education programming and will run a loop featuring videos from the NBC Digital Health Network.
